We start our excursion from Cusco, approximately pick up time between 04:00 to 04:30 hrs from your hotel or accommodation, and then start our wonderful trip passing through towns such as Izcuchaca, Limatambo and Mollepata until you reach the Soraypampa area (3,850 m.a.s.l) ) where our restaurant is located, this is where we will have the delicious breakfast, we will also enjoy the beautiful view of the sacred mountain of Salkantay (6.271 m.a.s.l), while our professional guide informs us about the Andean geographical and important details about current life and Ancient in these wonderful places. After breakfast, we begin our ascent with tranquility to the magical place of Humantay Lake (4,200 m.a.s.l.) for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (3km). Finally we will arrive at our long-awaited destination, enjoying a magnificent view of the lagoon and the entire Andean landscape, additionally those who wish can climb to the viewpoint to have a better view of this wonder of the nature of the greenish blue lagoon (turquoise) and snowy peaks.
